PAS® : Proposal Administration System
PAS ® handles insurance proposals for agents/ brokers working with multiple insurance companies. It supports various types of proposals - personal and commercial; term endowment and annuity; motor, travel, fire/property and marine. It handles premium receipts from clients, payments of commission and expenses, other insurance accounting and interfacing with a General Ledger. It is integrated with Inalyst® , but can also be deployed independently. With an HTML front-end and an Oracle back-end, it can be hosted on a central server and deployed over the web. CANVASS®-Benefit Illustration System
Canvass ® is an Illustration solution which is highly customizable, allowing companies to define their formulas and rates, input and output variables with no programming. The solution uses ProductXpress® as its calculation Engine. Canvass® has a web enabled front end and can be deployed on website.
Canvass® supports traditional as well as unit linked calculations, multiple riders and top ups. Canvass® is capable of calculating multiple configurable interest rates and other components including premiums, death benefits, charges, cash values, annuity values. It contains flexible output configuration and can provide output results in HTML and PDF formats.
Canvass® has a presentation layer based on HTML/JSP. The presentation layer allows the user to enter product details like payment term, funds. The Integration layer acts as a bridge between the presentation layer and the PX® calculator enabling communication between the two layers either through TCP/IP or SOAP messages. The PX® calculation request is serviced by PX®. This has a model-driven product design suite that provides the ability to rapidly define new product characteristics.

Channel Incentive Management
IBEXI's Channel Incentive Management System provides a highly effective, rule-based solution to manage slew of incentives for different channels like tied agency, corporate agency, bancassurance. CIMS not only manage these incentives developed by channel management professionals for different channels but also across different hierarchies and processes within each channel through continuous tracking of sales performance.

CIMS configures aggregation rules and incentive calculation rules in rules engine like Visual Rules, ProductXpress®, Cordys® and even SQL based language. Schemes can be set up for different period viz. annual, quarterly, monthly and even on-off campaigns. CIMS provides easy to use web based interface which runs on any standard browser. Collection System
Ibexi?s Receipting and Collections System manage the entire process from receipt of filled proposal form with instrument till data to be fed into the core policy administration system after realization. It helps an insurance company to issue receipts for the payments received, reconcile payment with the bank and entry of realized policies/proposals in core administration system.

The system can handle collections through various instruments i.e. Cheque, Cash and DD. User will be able to do reconciliation through auto matching as well as manual matching between the bank book i.e. records send to the bank for clearance and the bank statement i.e. file sent by bank containing the status as Credit/dishonor. RCS supports online as well as offline versions i.e. remote offline branches can also have a system in place for collections. The system can be hosted on a centralized server for online branches and on a local server for off-line branches.

RCS has three-tier Web architecture with JSP and AJAX as the front-end, Java Beans, Servlets, Hibernate for the middle-layer and Oracle/DB2 and SQL as the backend database.

Other than the main functionalities, RCS also provides Bounced cheque processing, late bounce exception handling and pushes only cleared and realized proposals/policies.
